DR JALLER RECEIVED A BS WITH GENERAL HONORS FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND WITH A MAJOR IN MICROBIOLOBY IN 1978. HIS HONORS THESIS EXPLORED THE DETERMINISTIC VIEWS OF BEHAVIORAL PSYCHOLOGY AND THOSE OF THE PSYCHO-ANALYTICICAL MODEL.

DR JALLER’S EARLY WORK EXPERIENCES WERE AT LONG BEACH NEUROPSYCHIATRIC INSTITUE IN LONG BEACH  CALIFORNIA WORKING AS A COUNSELOR FOR ADOLESCENTS.

DR JALLER GRADUATED FROM ROSS UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE IN 1983.

DR JALLER DID A CORE EXTERNSHIP AT THE GBMC/HOPKINS PROGRAM, WHERE HE FUNCTIONED AS ACTING INTERN IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PEDIDATRICS.

DR JALLER DID AN INTERNSHIP IN INTERNAL MEDICINE AT GEORGETOWN/D C GENERAL IN 1983-4.

THIS WAS FOLLOWED BY A RESIDENCY AT TEMPLE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE FROM 1984 UNTIL 1987 WHERE HE SERVED AS CHIEF RESIDENT IN THE THIRD YEAR OF RESIDENCY.

DR JALLER SPENT ONE YEAR AS AN URGENT CARE PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO STARTING A PRIMARY CARE PRACTICE IN GERMANTOWN MARYLAND IN 1988.

DR JALLER HAS SERVED AS BOTH CHAIR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY MEDICINE AND AS CHAIR OF THE REVIEW COMMITTEE AT SHADY GROVE ADVENTIST HOSPITAL.

DR JALLER BECAME ACTIVE IN THE FIELD OF GERIATRICS AND SERVED AS THE MEDICAL DIRECTOR FOR THE NATIONAL LUTHERAN HOME FOR THE AGED, THE LARGEST SUCH FACILITY IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND FROM 1990 TO 2005.

FROM 1994 UNTIL 1998 DR JALLER SERVED AS DIRECTOR FOR THE HEALTHWAYS PRIMARY CARE CLINIC IN GERMANTOWN MARYLAND.

DR JALLER FOUNDED GERMANTOWN PRIMARY CARE ASSOCIATES IN 1999.

IN 2013, DR JALLER LEFT GPCA TO FOUND PARADIGM MEDICINE FOCUSED ON THE CARE OF PATIENTS SUFFERING WITH CHRONIC LYME DISEASE.

DR JALLER IS A DIPLOMATE OF THE AMERICAN ACADEMY OF FAMILY PHYSICIANS AND IS BOARD CERTIFIED.

DR JALLER HAS BEEN LISTED IN THE WASHINTONIAN MAGAZINE AS ONE OF THE REGION’S TOP DOCTORS AND HAS BEEN LISTED IN CONSUMER CHECKBOOKS.

DR JALLER IS A MEMBER OF ILADS.

 

 

JANICE, MY ADMINISTRATIVE STAR WILL ANSWER MOST OF YOU QUESTIONS AND SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.  JANICE HAS A BACHELOR'S DEGREE FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSETTS AND SHE IS WELL INFORMED ABOUT MANY SUBJECTS. MOST IMPORTANTLY, SHE IS VERY EMPATHETIC AND ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP. MOST RECENTLY, JANICE HAS ACQUIRED NEW EXPERTISE AS A HYPERBARIC TECHNICIAN.

 

AREZKI, MY ASSISTANT AND MY RIGHT HAND MAN, WILL ALWAYS BE THERE TO HELP WITH MANY CLINICAL ISSUES. AREZKI HAS A BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY FROM HIS HOME COUNTRY, ALGERIA. HE HAS PREVIOUSLY WORKED IN A WIDE ARRAY OF CLINICAL SETTINGS. CURRENTLY, AREZKI IS HELPING ME DEVELOP A NEW DIAGNOSTIC TEST WE HOPE TO OFFER TO OUR PATIENTS IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

 

 

DORI, OUR OFFICE MANAGER, HAS MORE THAN 25 YEARS EXPERIENCE MANAGING OFFICES, INCLUDING A LAW OFFICE PRIOR TO ENTERING THE MEDICAL FIELD 6 YEARS AGO. SHE HAS TWO DEGREES FROM MONTGOMERY COLLEGE. SHE IS WELL INFORMED REGARDING A WIDE SPECTRUM OF ADMINISTRATIVE ISSUES AND IS AVAILABLE TO HELP SOLVE CHALLENGING PROBLEMS IN THIS REGARD. SHE HAS AN ACTIVE INTEREST IN HYPERBARIC MEDICINE AND PATIENT EDUCATION. SHE DOES A GREAT JOB FOR OUR OFFICE AND OUR PATIENTS. SHE IS EMPATHETIC AND WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP YOU SORT OUT VARIOUS PROBLEMS.

 

I AM VERY FORTUNATE TO BE AFFORDED SUCH A CARING AND PROFICIENT STAFF.
